Payments
You can pay using the following methods:
PAYPAL
Payment via PayPal requires shipment of the goods to the address specified on the buyer's payment receipt. Shipments to any other address are not possible. Always provide a valid phone number.
CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL
We accept all major credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable cards such as Postepay. Please note that for this type of payment, you will still need to be redirected to the PayPal website and select the "Pay with a card" option.
CASH ON DELIVERY ONLY (valid only for the Italian shop)
The amount for cash on delivery consists of an increase of approximately €3 on the total bill.

Using the Scalapay payment method where available, you can split your purchase into three installments. The service is managed directly by SCALAPAY SRL.

SHIPMENTS
ABZAN ships worldwide via SDA - POSTE ITALIANE couriers and others depending on the destination country. Customs fees, where applicable, are NOT included in the order total and are the buyer's responsibility. If you fail to collect your package, you will NOT be entitled to a refund. Shipments will be made the next business day after payment is received. Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you a "SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION" email with a tracking code that will allow you to track its status.
The cost per order is €7 for all of Italy except Livigno, Campione d'Italia, PO Boxes and Poste Reserva.
ABZAN guarantees delivery within 1-2 working days for orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 pm.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
ABZAN subjects its products to rigorous quality controls to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience. If you wish to return your purchased goods, you have up to 14 days from the delivery date to do so.
If the goods received have a manufacturing defect or do not correspond to the order placed, in the event of an error attributable to Abzan, we will arrange for the package to be collected at our expense.
If, however, the reason for the return is a size exchange, or you simply don't like or no longer need the item, the buyer is responsible for shipping the package.

Always include your order number, the item code you are returning, and the reason for the return.
Always wait for a confirmation email before sending your return!
We will send you the details and shipping address.
In the event of an exchange for reasons beyond the seller's control, shipping for the new item is the buyer's responsibility. Abzan will wait until payment for shipping is received before processing the new order.
How to prepare the package:
Please use the same packaging in which you received the goods, taking care to cover the shipping label. Each product must have all original labels, including the box, and must not be damaged or altered in any way. ABZAN reserves the right not to issue a refund if the above conditions are not met. After carrying out the necessary checks, the order will be fully refunded. Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event of a defect.
Terms and Conditions
NAVIGATION CONDITIONS:
The information and services on the site are provided "as is" and "as available." The company offers no guarantee that they will meet the user's intended purpose or achieve the results expected or hoped for. SOUL SRL declines all responsibility for any damage resulting from the content and/or operation of web pages linked within its site. The company undertakes, in any case, to evaluate the removal of harmful links reported by the user. Within the limits set forth in Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code, users undertake to guarantee and indemnify SOUL SRL, as well as its controlled and associated entities, its representatives, employees, and collaborators, from any liability, including legal fees, that may arise against them in connection with their use of the site. SOUL SRL declines all responsibility for any damage, claim, or direct or indirect loss arising from the failure or malfunction of electronic equipment used in connection with the site, including Internet Service Providers and any other connections managed and implemented by third parties. The company shall not be held in breach of its contractual obligations or liable for damages caused if the site or service malfunction is due to force majeure beyond the company's control and unforeseeable, such as: unavailability of telephone or Internet access, sabotage by third parties, etc. Any violation of the site's general terms and conditions of use and/or any other conduct attributable to the user and intended to damage the site or the company's image will result in the deletion of the user's data and the inability to further access the site and its services. The company reserves the right to take legal action for any damages suffered.
TERMS OF SALE
1. REGISTRATION
Users wishing to use the services on the site must register. Registering users guarantee that they have read the privacy policy and that the personal information they provide is true, accurate, and up-to-date. They assume full responsibility for the information provided. In the event of any changes, the user agrees to inform the company of such updates as soon as possible. The user is solely responsible for the safekeeping and use of the password provided upon registration. Any unlawful or improper use of the site using the password will be the user's sole responsibility, even if unintentional or attributable to third parties.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The contract between SOUL SRL and the Customer shall be deemed concluded upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by SOUL SRL. Such acceptance is deemed tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer, in any manner. By placing an order through any of the available methods, the Customer declares having read all the information provided during the purchase process and is aware of and fully accepts all the conditions published on this site regarding sales, delivery, payment, guarantees, and any other information made known to the user on the site. The user expressly declares having read and understood these conditions prior to making the purchase, as they are applicable and binding on the relationship between the parties. If the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to their professional activity), once the online purchase process has been completed, they will print or save an electronic copy, and in any case retain, these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Article 53 of the Consumer Code. Placing an order does not create any expectation on the part of the user that SOUL SRL will accept the order. The Customer is not entitled to any compensation or damages, nor is any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
PURCHASE METHODS
The Customer may only purchase products listed in the SOUL SRL electronic catalogue at the time of placing the order and viewable online at (URL) http://www.abzan.com, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the product description sheet may not be perfectly representative of its features but may differ in colour, size, products and accessories shown. All information supporting the purchase (Glossary, Buying Guide, etc.) is intended as simple general information and does not refer to the actual characteristics of an individual product. The Company will not be able to process any orders received if material errors occur in the entry of product data (for example, but not limited to, the entry of partial or clearly erroneous data, such as prices excessively lower than those normally practiced on the market), provided that these are recognizable (pursuant to art. 1431 of the Italian Civil Code) and not attributable to SOUL SRL's activity (for example, caused by technical faults or dropped lines). SOUL SRL undertakes to provide the Consumer with correct information as quickly as possible. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by SOUL SRL via an email response, sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the date and time of order execution and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in all further communications with SOUL SRL. The message will repeat all the data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described above. SOUL SRL accepts orders for products within the limits of available stock. Therefore, acceptance of the purchase proposal is subject to product availability. In any case, the Company undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen stock shortages due to excess demand or other causes, allowing the customer to transfer any amount already paid to another order as a credit or to receive a refund. The stock availability verification process, which also involves third parties (e.g., suppliers, carriers, etc.), may result in an extension of the processing time from a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 15 days, during which the Company will provide the Customer with maximum availability for updates. During this time, the Customer may cancel the order at any time, providing the information required for a refund. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, SOUL SRL guarantees prompt notification to the Customer.
